This error is similar to bootstrap server error. Sometimes Xcode broks privileges or a hung debugger process. The error:
Error: Failed to Launch ‘/Users/Developer/Xcode/Derivered/…’ — failed to send the qLaunchSuccess packet.
- Uninstall your app on the iPhone
- Restart the iPhone
