Windows User Account Control is annoying if your an administrator or just customized your Windows a bit more than the normal user. To disable this in Windows 8 go to Control Panel -> User Accounts -> User Accounts -> Change User Account Control Settings. Here take the slider to the bottom “Never notify” and press OK.
