When running Gimp you might accidently close your Toolbox and it aren’t in the Window -> Dockable Dialogs. You need to reset the window positions. Go to menu GIMP -> Preferences -> Window Management -> “Reset Saved Window Positions to Default Values” Preferences is under Edit -> Preferences in Windows. Restart GIMP and your toolbox
