Windows 8 ASP.NET State Service

ASP.NET State Service is not installed by default in Windows 8 and should not be installed on a “home” system. To enabled this navigate to Control Panel -> Programs -> Programs and Features ->  Turn Windows Features on or off. Select “ASP.NET 4.5” Open Run
