Mac USB Device Drawing Too Much Power

Ran into this error on a MacBook Air where OS X disabled some of my usb devices while not have many plugged in.

Because a USB device was drawing too much power from your computer, one or more of your USB devices have been disabled.

To prevent damaging your computer, the USB device drawing too much power has been disabled. Other devices may have also been disabled. When you disconnect the device drawing too much power, your other devices will be enabled again.

This was running the Mac external keyboard, a Logitech G9 mouse and a iPhone. This was while running Xcode developing and deploying to the iPhone. There was no usb docking station and no usb hub with video and extra usb.
